“A Setting for Every Occasion” 

Wildhorse Golf Club features a beautiful 4,000 square foot grand ballroom which can accommodate 16 to 218 guests.  Our air wall partition can be used to divide the ballroom into smaller halves.  This is ideal for meetings and events that require privacy, a separate break out area, or perhaps a more intimate setting. 

The space is very flexible and can be set in theater style, U-shape or in banquet rounds to meet your specifications.  Wildhorse can make the arrangements for any needed audio-visual equipment so that you won't have to haul in bulky gear.  The clubhouse is also outfitted with the latest Wi-Fi technology for access to the home office or online presentation files. 

The adjoining private balcony and floor to ceiling windows overlook our beautifully landscaped golf course and the surrounding mountains.  Window shades can be drawn for presentations, or to keep attention from drifting to thoughts on the links! 
The Bar & Grill is open 10:00am to 6:00pm daily for breakfast and lunch.  Our menu features a fine selection of appetizers, sandwiches and salads including a wide variety of beverages.  After hours the Bar & Grill is a perfect place for your cocktail reception, affiliation mixer, rehearsal dinner or small dinner party.
